Hi,<br><br>Asterisk with astGUIclient is a pretty good combo.<br><span><a target="_blank" href="http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scratch_install.html">http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scratch_install.html</a> actually gives</span><br>you step by step steps including a custom kernel compile option. ACD,<br>Dialer and reporting functionality is available in astGUIclient. Not<br>sure about IVR. You can create a custom IVR option easily with asterisk<br>dialplan.
