I am not able to recreate the problem from my end because :<br>

These are my guess related to this problem.<br>

There is only one VirtualHost entry for the IP address to which the<br>
sub/domains <a href="http://ns1.ipsr.org" target="_blank">ns1.ipsr.org</a> and <a href="http://www.ipsr.org" target="_blank">www.ipsr.org</a> are pointing. So when you<br>
accessing <a href="http://ns1.ipsr.org" target="_blank">ns1.ipsr.org</a> and <a href="http://www.ipsr.org" target="_blank">www.ipsr.org</a> you will get the content of<br>
the DocumentRoot in that VirtualHost entry.<br>
<br>
Do you have a VirtualHost entry for <a href="http://ns1.ipsr.org" target="_blank">ns1.ipsr.org</a> ?<br>
<br>
Apache will ignore the DocumentRoot outside the VirtualHost entry, if<br>
there is one for that IP address. So create one Vhost entry for<br>
<a href="http://ns1.ipsr.org" target="_blank">ns1.ipsr.org</a>.<br>
<br>
Also Aache will show the content of the Vhost entry just below the<br>
NameVirtualHost for the IP address, if there is no Vhost for the<br>
domain/subdomain. So my best guess is that there is no Vhost for<br>
<a href="http://ns1.ipsr.org" target="_blank">ns1.ipsr.org</a>.<br>
