was just pointing out the difference in attitude between the free s/w
philosophers and myself. I was not trying to defame RMS. Using 100%
free s/w is very good. But it may not workout well for newbies. That's
all. I mentioned RMS because I recently read a mail from him talking
against latest Linux kernels which contains non-free firmware. Sorry if

All I was saying is use the proper forum for what you do.<br>
I was suggesting that individual to go through <a href="http://linuxquestions.org/" target="_blank">linuxquestions.org</a> or <a href="http://ubuntuforums.org/" target="_blank">ubuntuforums.org</a> and these basic questions are already answered even in faqs of<br>
decent gnu/linux sites or wikis. Those questions could have been answered in the first hit of google search...</blockquote></div><div><br>I
