I currently manage visataxes, visataxespayroll two open source projects.

We are starting TaxTime.in <http://TaxTime.in>, and an open source 
project *taxtime* <http://code.google.com/p/taxtime/>, to develop a free
indian income tax software to file ITR1 and ITR2.

I am looking for volunteers with good js, php knowledge, can you spread 
the word to your mailing list.
