basic human nature won't change
different people have different ways of spending time
some of teh group members may spend their time learning new software, coding etc
don't expect the whole world to follow that.
other people are doing what they are doing with the same enthusiasm as ilug members are doing their work.

Social Engineering is a part of every Social Networking websites. The
best solution is take them out of your daily life. You will find a lot
of free time. Even if they pay me to use it, I won't use it.
