dig ns1.ipsr.org
dig www.ipsr.org



What type of apache virtual configuration you have done,
name based
dynamic namebased
if dynamic namebased one check for virtualhost name expansion format
and  document root format
and finaly
check for any redirection line in apache configuration file.
