Go to System > Administration > Users and Groups and you will get the
User Settings.
Select the desired user name to edit and click properties.

In the next window, towards the bottom, you will find the option to
change the password
> Set password by hand and give the new user password and repeat the same in 'confirmation' space and press ok.

It will ask for current password for authorization. give it in the new
window that pops up.
and bingo!!
your password is changed.
