I once saw a Wiki-like entry for ILUG-Cochin.. forgot from which site it was.  Funny thing was ILUG-Cochin was entered under Tamil Nadu.  I promptly changed that to Kerala.  Still searching for where the wiki was.. ?!?!

Anyway.. more people can (/should) contribute to this list, I guess.
